Within India – your order should reach you in 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. We try our best to deliver it to you as soon as possible but sometimes due to unwanted circumstances delivery gets delayed by some days. We expect your patience and co-operation for the same.
Packaging:
All the orders that we ship are carefully packed so that the product retains its quality and reaches you in good shape. We make sure your order is sealed and discreet.
Tampered, Damaged or Opened Packages:
If you receive a shipment that seems tampered, damaged or opened – please do not accept that shipment. Take a photo of the shipment and get in touch with our customer care team at +91 7977534482 or email us at contact@ministitch.in
International Shipping policy:
- Cancellation of orders is allowed up to 24hr from the time of order. Orders cancelled within the time period will get the refund after deduction of 5% processing fee.
- Only prepaid orders will be shipped. Any cod orders placed accidentally will get cancelled unless payment is done.
- If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and you must email us the courier receipt on contact@ministitch.in .The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer. 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Once we receive the products, a strict quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us .
- For Returns - Freight charges and custom duty to be borne by the customer.
- Any other charges like import duty or any other local government charges will be borne by the customer only. If the import duty is not paid by the customer the product will be destroyed/abandoned by the custom department and the refund will not be given for that particular order.
- If the shipping address is wrong or any mistake is made by the customer, then the customer has to make the extra payment for any changes in their address.
