Return Policy

At ministitch.in we intend to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, in order to do that we have listed our Cancellation and Return policy below. You are free to email us at contact@ministitch.in in case you have any queries.

The return or replacement/exchange policy of a product is subject to change depending on business requirements, and the policy that was active at the time of order purchase will be applicable.

 Cancellation Policy

 In case you decide to cancel your order then you must cancel it within 2 hours from the time your order has been placed as most of our orders are shipped the very same day.

 Return Policy

• If the order package received by you is damaged, tampered or in a bad condition you are requested to refuse to accept the said order at the time of delivery. You may also email us about the same at contact@ministitch.in so that we can arrange for an exchange at the earliest.
• Please note some of our products are not eligible for returns or exchange for such products we have mentioned the same in the product details. Request you to please read the product details thoroughly. 
• In case you do not like the product or if it does not fit your child, we request you to raise a return/ exchange request by by logging into your account. Please note the return or exchange request should be made within 3 days of receiving your order.You may also email us about the same at contact.ministitch@gmail.com 
• You need to send the return parcel at the following address:M Brands Pvt Ltd, Ground floor, Mohammadi chamber, Next to monarch salon, Christ church school back gate near Y bridge, Byculla west, Mumbai 400008. Mob: 99677 98947. 

• Please share the courier receipt or tracking number via email on contact.ministitch@gmail.com

• For reverse Pick up service the customer will have to pay a charge of Rs 200/-

• After the product is received it goes through our quality check process. If the product is found to be worn/used/ torn/damaged/washed/ altered or if any accessory is missing or the package is missing / damaged or the tags are missing then we reserve the right to reject your return/refund request. We expect the product to be in the original condition as it was delivered. In such a case we are not responsible to courier the product back to your address.

• Once approved you shall receive your refund within 7-10 working days.

International Return Policy:

• Cancellation of orders is allowed up to 24hr from the time of order. Orders cancelled within the time period will get the refund after deduction of 5% processing fee.
• Only prepaid orders will be shipped. Any cod orders placed accidentally will get cancelled unless payment is done.
•  If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and you must email us the courier receipt on contact.ministitch@gmail.com. The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer. 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Once we receive the products, a strict quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us .
• Once approved you shall receive your refund within 7-10 working days.

•  For Returns - Freight charges and custom duties to be borne by the customer.
• Any other charges like import duty or any other local government charges will be borne by the customer only. If the import duty is not paid by the customer the product will be destroyed/abandoned by the custom department and the refund will not be given for that particular order.
• If the shipping address is wrong or any mistake is made by the customer, then the customer has to make the extra payment for any changes in their address.
